Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 p.a. plus discretionary bonus

Founded in 2016, Only the Blind is a British Luxury menswear & womenswear fashion label based in North-West London that produces clothing and accessories. The brand stands for producing products with the finest quality of fabric, fit and manufacture. All of the brand's pieces are cut and sew, hand made on the most premium materials, and feature highly intricate embroideries and prints designed in their London studio and manufactured using cutting edge technologies. The brand has built a strong global customer base and following on social media, with support from celebrities, musicians, athletes, and influencers in various industries.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in our Studio in Queens Park, NW6, London. Due to the nature of this role, we do not offer remote or hybrid working. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, developing brand awareness, and collaborating with the team as well as building and managing relationships with influencers, marketing agencies, stylists and press. You will also be in charge of planning and running various marketing campaigns of the brand including via paid marketing channels, emails and events. You will be working alongside and reporting to our Head of Brand and will have the Social Media Manager reporting to you. This is a fast-paced role and requires an individual that can work in a creative, dynamic environment and adapt to the tasks as required as part of our small team. Key tasks include:
* Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing Strategies to promote our brand and collections across multiple channels including implementing a content and campaign calendar.
* Manage the creation and execution of engaging marketing campaigns including but not limited to, email marketing, influencer partnerships, social, digital and events.
* Identifying and building relationships with various key individuals for the brand including press, stylists, influencers, brands, retailers and celebrities and leveraging these relationships in a collaborative way.
* Organising and executing studio and campaign shoots as well as smaller projects, across stills and video to orchestrate visually compelling content that aligns with the brands look and feel and values alongside the direction of the Head of Brand.
* Reporting, analysing and managing our Paid Marketing Activities on Google and Meta
* Focusing on growing the brands presence globally, including growth on social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and email alongside the Social Media Manager.
* Monitoring engagement and interacting with users, influencers, media across platforms.
* In charge of managing the brand's content, newsletter and website, ensuring consistency throughout all channels and continued growth
* Help to identify potential brand collaborations or local artists for unique and limited-edition designs and being in charge of communications, planning, negotiations and execution of these collaborations.
* Monitoring and reporting on analytics on performance across channels and campaigns.
* Creating engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content.
* Working with stylists, magazines, press & other outlets to build the brands presence including PR and Social Media Agencies to promote the brand.
* Work alongside our Paid Social Media Agency ensuring they have the relevant assets, communicate campaigns with them and monitor analytics and performance of the campaigns to be reported back to management
* Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms, emails and website.
* Develop and implement Social Media platforms’ content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube).
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager within the fashion industry, with a focus on the Luxury & Premium sector.
* High level of initiative
* Sociable person with excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with press, stylists, influencers, customers and the team
* Creative thinker who can think outside the box and drive innovation to deliver inspiring and relevant campaigns with the ability to plan strategic long term brand content & social media campaigns
* Experience in briefing and managing campaign shoots to deliver commercially relevant assets.
* Passionate about the menswear streetwear industry and someone that would shop from the brand themselves
* Creative background
* Copywriting (Strong verbal and written communication skills)
* Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace, quickly adapting to tasks that come up and having a hands-on approach to get tasks done independently
* Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm and dedication with the need to succeed
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with ability to self-prioritise workload and to respond swiftly and tactically to business priorities and needs

Qualifications
* Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
* Digital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience managing social media campaigns
* Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, and other marketing tools
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
* Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
