What youll be doing
About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available in the No7 In Store Marketing Team to support in delivering the No7 In Store execution. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of retail campaigns for both NPD and seasonal moments, in a fast paced environment.
As part of the In-Store Marketing Team, youll help make our brands shine in retail spaces by supporting the planning and delivery of both temporary activations and permanent merchandising projects. Youll work with a passionate team of creatives and marketers to deliver impactful campaigns that surprise and delight shoppers every day.
Key responsibilities
* Day-to-day administration for the In Store Marketing team, including raising Purchase Orders, working with store lists and completing store allocations etc.
* Responding to incoming enquiries and fielding requests from other divisions within the business including our store colleagues
* Work cross-functionally within the marketing team and our agency partners
* Completing regular store visits, analysing the results of previous campaigns and sharing with a cross functional group
* Ensuring right first-time delivery to stores
* Work closely with Brand, Commercial, and Category teams to ensure activations are landed on time as per critical path timings
* Support with stakeholder communications and coordination to make sure projects are approved on time and delivered flawlessly
* Help track timelines and project progress, ensuring everything lands smoothly in-store
* Stay up to date with retail trends, competitor activations, and design inspiration to bring fresh ideas to the team

* Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
* Curiosity about market trends and brand storytelling
