What You’ll Do
* Lead and support early-stage design, from site analysis and concept development to planning presentations
* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Contribute across all RIBA work stages, with particular emphasis on sustainable design principles
* Develop proposals with a focus onwhole-life carbon,circular economy thinking, andurban regeneration
* Work in a highly collaborative environment, balancing creativity with technical delivery
What We’re Looking For
* ARB-registered (Part 3 qualified)Architect
* Experience inhousing,residential masterplanning, andmixed-use developments
* Strong conceptual and visual design skills
* Proficiency inRevit,AutoCAD,SketchUp,Adobe InDesign, andPhotoshop
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Passion for sustainable architecture and commitment to ourplanet-positivedesign approach
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
