We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Commercial Manager to manage the Key Pharma portfolio and drive the commercial success of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, identifying new customers, negotiating prices, and managing accounts to grow our business.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and a mix of 3 days on client visits and working from home.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support strategic review of portfolio and identify growth opportunities to enhance profitability.
2. Act as a point of contact for UK customers, delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Analyze customer purchasing behavior to detect opportunities for developing key relationships.
4. Support Supply Chain and Operations by working closely with teams to identify supply risks.
5. Review sales trends and update commercial and operations teams on changes to support decision making.
6. Analyze sales data, market trends, and insights to optimize product and pricing strategies.
7. Contribute to budget planning and ensure P&L aligns with the budget, communicating deviations.
8. Liaise with internal teams including supply chain, operations, finance, and quality to ensure seamless operations.
9. Generate and analyze reports for internal stakeholders.
10. Maintain accurate commercial data such as price lists and sales records for informed decision-making.
11. Support forecasting, sales tracking, and performance monitoring to drive success.
12. Manage key documents, ensuring smooth administration of invoices, agreements, and paperwork.
13. Complete tenders for retail customers and support NHS tenders and opportunities.
14. Assist in planning and executing BD&L opportunities.
15. Prepare go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
16. Drive new business initiatives to meet or exceed goals.

* Maintain operational and system processes that are customer-focused, efficient, and compliant with policies and legislation.
* Develop and execute KPIs to contribute to portfolio performance.
Key Knowledge and Skills
* Degree in Business Management or a relevant field.
* Experience in portfolio management of generics and branded generics.
* Understanding of the UK generics market and key stakeholders.
* Experience in Business Development and Licensing (BDL) and commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Navision/SAGE is beneficial.
