The role
You’ll work closely with individuals and their families to deliver high-quality, person‑centred care, supporting people to live full and meaningful lives.
Depending on your experience and training, responsibilities may include:
* Personal care, medication support, moving and handling
* Supporting daily living, routines, companionship and community access
* Clinical observations and specialist care (training provided),
o PEG/enteral feeding
o Tracheostomy and ventilation care
o Catheter and bowel care
o Epilepsy and behavioural support
Full training and competency support will be provided based on each care package.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for caring, reliable and motivated people who want to make a real difference.
You may have experience in:
* Community, residential or supported living care
* Healthcare assistant or complex care roles
* Learning disability, mental health, children’s or adult services
You don’t need to know everything already — the right values, professionalism and willingness to learn matter most.
