The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment, supporting students in their studies, and upholding our school values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects.
2. Maintain a calm, focused, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
3. Support students in completing set work and encourage engagement.
4. Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies.
5. Assist with other school duties as required.
