At Pinc College, we are creating inclusive, creative and supportive learning environments where every student is valued and we are looking for dedicated <b>Study Programme Support</b> professionals to help us deliver that vision every day.</p><p>As <b>Study Programmes Support</b>, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of a Pinc College campus, working closely with teachers, the Assistant Head of Programmes and the Head of Programmes to ensure students receive outstanding support.</p><p>You will help create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment where students can access learning, regulate emotions and make meaningful progress towards their goals.</p><h3>So, what else are we looking for?</h3><ul><li>Experience supporting young people with SEND in education, youth work or similar settings</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with patience, empathy and resilience</li><li>Good communication and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to follow direction while working independently when requiredA positive, collaborative approach to team working</li><li>Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities</li><li>Confidence using basic IT systems and Microsoft Office tools</li></ul><p>Our Campus clusters are as follows: Leeds Museum & Leeds Art Gallery (Leeds), Cartwright Hall & Dean Clough (Bradford & Halifax), Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery & Aston Hall (Birmingham), Touchstones, Salford Art Gallery, Bolton Museum (Greater Manchester), Manchester Museum, 22 Lever St, Manchester Craft & Design Centre (Central Manchester), Heritage Centre, The Potteries & Middleport (Macclesfield & Stoke), National Museum (Cardiff), Design Museum (London).</p><p>Closing date: 7th June 2026.</p></div>
