Student Engagement Advisor – Student Money We have an exciting opportunity to join the busy Student Engagement Team at Lancaster & Morecambe College. The purpose of the Student Engagement Team is to support the recruitment, retention and achievement of LMC learners by removing barriers and providing a range of support to help them stay on course, feel safe, and thrive within the College environment. The team also supports learners in progressing to further study or employment. Based in the Student & Learning Centre (The Hex) you will offer excellent customer service and a range of support to learners, parents & carers, visitors and LMC staff. All team members must be willing and able to cover any role within the department, as required. The essential qualifications for this role are GCSEs Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent Level 2) and a qualification in administration or customer service, or equivalent relevant experience.
