Role: Director of AI
Salary: £200,000 + benefits

Our client is looking to appoint a Director of AI to help drive the next phase of growth across their European business. Already established as a trusted partner to a number of enterprise organisations globally, they are investing heavily in AI and are seeking a commercially minded leader who can shape strategy, build senior client relationships, and lead the delivery of innovative AI solutions.
This is a highly visible role with significant influence across the business, offering the opportunity to work directly with C-suite stakeholders, lead major AI engagements, and play a key role in expanding the organisation's AI capability across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow AI engagements across Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and clients.
- Drive AI strategy, solution design, and delivery across complex enterprise transformation programmes.
- Develop and expand senior client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase AI adoption and business value.
- Drive business development initiatives
- Collaborate with global AI leadership teams to align delivery standards, innovation, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and executive-level discussions across Europe.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Director, Head of AI, AI Practice Lead, or similar senior leadership position.
- Strong track record delivering enterprise AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or AI transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience building, leading, or scaling AI teams, practices, or consulting engagements.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and work closely with clients on-site when required.
- Ideally you would have worked for a consultancy or technology partner
