About the Role:
As a Security Service Manageryou will be responsible for:
* Luxury-level customer engagement - In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional security and support services across a prestigious client portfolio. From physical and technical security to mailroom and car park operations, you'll ensure every service is delivered with discretion, efficiency, and care. Working closely with stakeholders and supporting exciting projects, you'll play a key role in shaping and advancing the client's vision, all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
* People leadership - As a leader, you will inspire and develop a high-performing security team by driving training, appraisals, and staff wellbeing while promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. You'll ensure compliance with company policies on absence, health and safety, and operational procedures, while overseeing training standards, stock management, and risk assessments. Through effective leadership and communication, you'll maintain professional standards across all operations and ensure your team consistently delivers outstanding service.
* Risk management - In this role, you'll safeguard people, property, assets, and reputation by fostering a strong culture of safety and security awareness. You'll lead annual risk assessments, manage incident reporting and investigations, and ensure procedures, equipment, and systems are maintained to the highest standards. With responsibility for access control, reporting, and compliance, you'll work closely with customers, technical providers, and external agencies such as law enforcement to deliver robust, proactive, and effective security across all sites.

What we are looking for?
* Full clean driving licence
* SIA - Door Supervisor
* Security systems experience
