* Manage purchase orders and invoices using company software.
* Respond to customer queries and inbound calls; follow up on leads from the CRM.
* Coordinate with drivers, contractors, and customers for logistics.
* Maintain filing systems and document control.
* Provide waste and compliance reports to the site manager.
* Liaise with environmental agencies to ensure waste regulation compliance.
* Assist with administrative duties as needed by the site team.
