- (Gravesend) Location: Gravesend (Office-based) Job Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused office based Account Manager to join our Packaging & Components sales team based in Gravesend.
This is an account management-focused role where you'll build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage incoming enquiries, and support sales growth through excellent service and account development.
Please note: this role does not include commission or bonus schemes there is no cold calling as such pure account mangement.
You'll also play a part in supporting wider commercial activities such as market research and contributing ideas towards new product development, helping the business stay ahead of customer needs and market trends.
