Subscriptions Manager, £52K pa, hybrid 2 days/wk in C.London

You will:- Champion exceptional member service, ensuring timely responses and accurate information- Oversee day-to-day operations of the subscriptions department, driving efficiency and continuous improvement- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and development- Partner with internal stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a seamless membership experience- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the annual lapsing campaign and data reconciliation projects
You be an ideal candidate if you have:- Proven track record in membership management, customer service, and team leadership- Expert knowledge of database management and strong analytical skills- Excellent comms and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders- Background in continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering results
