We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
* Monitor and assess patient health, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.
* Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized nursing council.
* Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.
