Location: High Oakham Road, Mansfield, NG18 5AJ
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 2+ Months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00 (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour

Job Responsibilities
* Manage the site on behalf of property services.
* Work with the residential team to ensure safety and maintenance.
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance.
* Ensure building compliance is completed.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Ability to manage site operations.
* Experience in performing repairs and maintenance.
* Understanding of building compliance requirements.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in a residential environment.
* Good communication skills to work with a team.
