Salary: circa £53,000 DOE plus bonus

Your future role

The PLM4A (Product Lifecycle Management for Alstom) Site Digital Continuity Officer will lead the PLM4A Deployment and Cultural Change (D&CC) on a dedicated Site for Rolling Stock and Component product lines. The Site Digital Continuity Officer (DCO) represents the program on the site. They will lead and steer site D&CC strategy, relay the communication from the program and provide information from the site field, report to site & region management and secure overall PLM4A deployment performance (QCD).

We’ll look to you for:

PLM4A Site Strategy Deployment

1. Lead PLM4A deployment strategy for the site including
2. Roadmap ( projects / product deployment sequence)
3. Staffing & resources
4. Priorities (tenders, reference solutions)
5. Ensure strategy validation by site management

PLM4A Site Deployment execution

6. Relay Central, Region and Platform strategies ( identification and prioritisation of projects, reference solution and/or products to be migrated)
7. In collaboration with E2E PM -
8. Steer deployment & cultural changes activities on the site including:
9. Site Deployment planning definition (detailed roadmap, budget and resources)
10. Site Change network & animation ( Surveys its community to identify potential risks and obstacles, but also opportunities, support new PLM processes adoption)
11. Site Communication plan definition ( local events) and validation
12. Site Training plan definition and validation
13. Site Products BOM rebuilt and 3D migration
14. Secure deployment performance (Quality Cost Delivery accountability) of the site
15. Report on progress and provide feedback or escalation (solution and deployment wise).
