Estate Agency Administrator - Cheltenham - up to £28k (Full or Part Time) A fantastic opportunity to join this leading independent Estate Agency brand based in the heart of Cheltenham. They have built up an impressive and extremely successful business over the last several years and have won multiple industry awards! Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Sales Administrator. Within this role the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales team and the Director across all aspects of the sales process; from typing up property details, memorandum of sales, communications between vendor and purchaser and overall managing any administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administration. Main Duties: Property Marketing: Prepare and produce high-quality marketing materials for properties, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. Organising photographers, EPC assessors and keeping clients up to date Compliance: Ensure all property listings comply with Consumer Protection Regulations (CPRs) and company policies. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance across all departments to support the sales process and overall business operations. Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, register applicants, and book property valuations and viewings where appropriate. Director Support: Assist the directors with day-to-day administrative tasks. Social Media & Marketing: Manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content and campaigns to increase online presence and audience engagement. Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and digital growth. Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous administrative experience (property industry experience desirable). Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A passion for property Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner. Good IT skills, including Microsoft OƯice and familiarity with social media platforms. A creative approach to marketing and content creation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a busy office environment.
