A day in the Life: Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of HR-ICP-MS, GD-MS and MC-ICP-MS instruments. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills, outstanding customer service, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Education Degree or equivalent experience in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Experience A minimum of three years’ experience with HR-ICP-MS and/or MC-ICP-MS instruments. Experience in a laboratory, technical support, or scientific instrumentation environment preferred. Proficient in English; additional European languages are an advantage. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent ability to solve problems effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with digital tools for documentation and reporting. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Preparedness to travel widely throughout the UK and Europe (around 75% of the time), including overnight accommodations when necessary.
