What You’ll Be Doing Picking flowers with care and precision to preserve top quality Packing leaf and floral products into bags, crates, and punnets efficiently Potting and planting young plants to give them a strong start Weeding and pruning, ensuring plants grow healthy and vibrant Working as a team to keep operations running smoothly every day What We’re Looking For A passion for plants or an eagerness to learn Reliable and hardworking with good attention to detail Comfortable with physical work and early starts Why Join Us?
