This roles sit at the heart of our operations, supporting theatre, immersive and large-scale live event productions from early development through to closing. You will work closely with Producers, Production Managers, Directors, Company Management and Creative Teams, ensuring productions are delivered efficiently, safely and to exceptional standards.
We are seeking an individual with strong financial literacy, excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple fast-moving projects. Experience with UKTC/SOLT/Equity agreements, contracting, budgeting and weekly cost processes is highly valued.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting or leading general management across all project phases
- Preparing budgets, weekly cost reports and payroll instructions
- Drafting and administering contracts for cast, crew and suppliers
- Scheduling, documentation and departmental coordination
- Rehearsal room and on-site operational support
- Working with venues, suppliers and partner organisations
- Supporting HR, compliance, onboarding and personnel processes
