About This Speech & Communication SEN Teaching Assistant Role
* Full-time, long-term Speech & Communication SEN Teaching Assistant role
* Earn up to £550 per week
* Sociable working hours between 8:00 and 15:30, Mon-Fri
* Support vulnerable children in the development of Speech & Communication skills
* Use your degree in a meaningful way

The ideal candidate for this Speech & Communication SEN Teaching Assistant role:
* 2:1 or higher in Linguistics, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology or a related field
* Desire to support children with SEN
* Resilience and the ability to approach each child with unconditional positive regard
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
As a Speech & Communication SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support post-16 students in developing communication, life skills, and independence. Many pupils are wheelchair users or hospital-based, and all require consistent, compassionate support. You'll play a vital role in helping students transition into adulthood and the wider community.
