We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to work in our 4 star, Award winning Hotel in stunning Pembrokeshire. The hotel is home to the popular 2 Rosette Stirling Brasserie offering contemporary dishes in a modern environment as well as the impressive fine dining 3 Rosette Allt yr Afon restaurant offering refined cuisine in a timeless atmosphere.
The successful candidate will be working in a team with 7 other talented chefs and will be required to support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard using the finest ingredients.
