You'll be joining at a pivotal time, with partners already in place but the structure, processes, and strategy still to be fully defined. If you thrive on building, influencing, and creating long-term value with the right partners, this could be the challenge you've been waiting for.
What you'll be doing:
* Designing, implementing, and scaling a partner channel strategy across the UK and beyond
* Identifying and recruiting the right type of partners to accelerate growth
* Creating frameworks, enablement materials, and programmes that drive consistent performance
* Building strong, lasting relationships with key partners to deliver mutual success
* Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market initiatives
What we're looking for:
* Strong background in
cybersecurity or SaaS

* Proven experience building or significantly scaling a channel from scratch
* Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on activity
* Skilled in partner recruitment, enablement, and relationship management
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to create structure in a developing channel environment
* UK-based, comfortable working remotely
