JOB DESCRIPTION Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity for an Area Planner to join our established team within Guinness Property providing a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs. Based in Chesterfield, this role is offered on a permanent, 39 hour per week basis, we currently operate a hybrid working style, so you will work 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home. What we are looking for We are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Planner, but you will also have great customer service and organisational skills. You will also be able to demonstrate: Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Experience of working within agreed performance targets. Excellent oral and written communications. Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience of working with subcontractors. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Experience of working with invoices / accounts.
