NIS Programme Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £61-77K (plus up to 20% bonus, car allowance and family healthcare)

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving quality outcomes within defined time and budget constraints, while ensuring each project delivers tangible business benefits. From initiating and managing complex cyber projects, overseeing budgets up to £10M and coordinating teams of up to 50 internal and external resources, this role demands strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with project boards, PMO teams and third‑party suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment across departments. Managing risk, motivating teams and maintaining project integrity will be key to success.
What You’ll Bring
Programme and project management experience, ideally within IT/OT environments. Prince2 or equivalent qualifications are preferred, along with strong communication skills, financial acumen and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
