Position Overview:
We are currently recruitingfor an exciting opportunity with an established training providerwho are based in Sheffield.
The successful candidatewill source, identify and gain sustainable employment opportunitiesfor learners aged 19+. Develop and manage partnerships and workwith the organisations key stakeholders nationally in line withdelivery locations. Work collaboratively with the operations teamto ensure timely progression of alllearners.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Toestablish local, regional and national employer relationshipsguaranteeing ring fenced vacancies forlearners
* To identify and create opportunitiesfor the development and delivery of Sector Based Work Academies(SBWA's) across all contract areas
* To identifyall learner needs to ensure clear and timely progressionroutes.
* Utilise internal management informationsystems to accurately track and record learnersprogression
* Communicate with the operationsteam and stakeholders on all aspects of learner progress andprovide support and resolutions to barriers toprogression
* Support the Employer/StakeholderEngagement Manager to develop employer network forums to identifylabour market demands, to ensure the organisation are consistentlyresponding to employer needs
* Frequently attendstakeholder meetings, job fairs, community events, existingemployer forums in order to promote the organisationsoffer
* To coordinate employer visits takingplace at the course venues or local stakeholderspremises
* Ensure effective Careers Information,Education, Advice and Guidance (CIEAG) is carried out and useinformation obtained at enrolment/induction to ensure that learnersprogression are planned to meet theirneeds
* Effective communication with allstakeholders, partners and wider team to support and meet thelearner needs
* Providing regular weekly andmonthly progress reports to the Employer/Stakeholder EngagementManager
* Review and analyse own performanceagainst required outcomes to ensure organisational targets are metor exceeded
* Generate new employer leads throughcalls and face to face meetings
* Keep up to datewith local and national labour market trends particularly in theareas of construction, warehousing, logistics andsecurity
CoreResponsibilities
* Workclosely with job seekers, career advisors, and job placement teamsto match qualified candidates with suitable jobopenings
* facilitate the job placement processby coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitmentactivities
* Generate a clear pipeline ofemployment opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annualoutcome targets
* Ensure Ofsted and fundingguidance is adhered to and knowledge is continuallyupdated.
* Responsible for safeguarding ofvulnerable adults and ensuring the organisations Safeguarding andPrevent policy and processes are adhered to at alltimes
* Advocate a culture of equality,diversity, and inclusion at all times in line with our policy andvalues
* Commit to personal development andundertake training where appropriate.
* Reviewand analyse own performance against required outcomes to ensuretargets are met or exceeded
* May occasionally berequired to work out of normal hours and take on additionalresponsibilities as requested by linemanagement

Qualifications
