The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
Provide support to children with additional learning needs (ALN), where needed
Assist with general classroom duties and school activities
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (in school, youth work, care, etc.)
A caring and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a genuine interest in education
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience supporting pupils with ALN
Welsh language skills are a bonus!
