Job Title: Assistant Manager – Fresh Food Pub & Restaurant
Location: Burnley
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year + tip share
Job Type: Full-time, 45 hours per week
We are hiring on behalf of a busy, fresh-food pub and restaurant in Burnley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager to join a well-established venue with a loyal customer base and a strong core team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day operations across front and back of house
• Deliver excellent customer service during busy service periods
• Supervise and motivate the team on shift
• Help train and develop junior and younger team members
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist with rotas, stock management, and team performance
Requirements:
• Previous management or supervisor experience in a high-volume hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Confident mentoring younger staff and leading by example
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
