Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess administrative skills and have a track record in an office environment.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments.
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all data entry is completed efficiently
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating phone etiquette
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Process invoices and manage accounts using Sage
Experience
* Previous office experience is an advantage although full training will be given.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Experience with Sage is an advantage
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
