About the Role:
* Teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and A Level.
* Planning and delivering engaging, relevant, and differentiated lessons that promote independent learning and critical thinking.
* Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to help learners achieve their full potential.
* Contributing to the wider curriculum and supporting whole-school initiatives to promote enterprise and employability skills.
* Maintaining high expectations for learning, behaviour, and achievement in line with the school’s ethos and policies.
As the ideal Business Studies Teacher, you will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
* Have recent experience teaching Business Studies to GCSE and/or A Level.
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and an ability to inspire a passion for business, economics, and entrepreneurship.
* Be committed to inclusive education and supporting learners of all abilities.
* Possess excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
