Contract: Full-time, 6 month contract with potential to extend
Hours: Monday to Friday with 3 days remote working (First 2 weeks will be on-site)
Your New Role:
Utilising your full, on the job training, the Project Coordinator will be processing Rack, Power, Cable Infrastructure requests to support network equipment installs and recoveries at the client's technical sites. You will use Microsoft office portfolio, company bespoke tools and systems to process your daily duties and when necessary, support their team members with their workload. Review and assess applications and survey documentation to ensure they meet the design standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing and maintaining databases and internal records
* Liaising with stakeholders and internal teams
* Producing reports
* Participating in project meetings and conference call where necessary
What are we looking for?
We are seeking candidates with some experience in Project Coordination, with the ability to work independently and utilising a flexible and proactive approach. Successful candidates will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with database management.
