Programme Manager (Digital Learning Specialist in an EdTech context)
Overview
FourthRev is seeking an experienced, impact-driven Programme Manager to join our high-performing Programme Development team. Situated within the Product Development Team, you will manage the full lifecycle of our digital learning products—from strategy and curriculum co-creation to pedagogic design, development, and quality assurance. This role suits someone confident in leading complex educational initiatives, stakeholder management, and delivering high-standard products.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the UK and South Africa.
Your Mission
You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of world-class educational programmes designed to help learners thrive in the digital economy. These programmes are co-created with top universities, subject matter experts, and industry leaders. Your goal is to shape products to meet real-world needs and ensure a learner-first experience across all offerings.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with Product Development and Product Operations teams to guide product strategy using learner insights, industry trends, and technological advancements.
* Lead curriculum co-creation with universities and industry experts to deliver exceptional learner and business outcomes.
* Manage and support a team of subject matter experts or external contributors for curriculum design, content creation, and research.
* Partner with wider teams to ensure all learning materials meet quality standards across formats: written, video, graphical, and assessment.
* Perform regular quality assurance checks and final reviews before learner release.
* Work closely with the wider product team to align plans, priorities, and sprint execution.
* Provide updates and make decisions on trade-offs during sprint planning or when schedules shift.
* Act as a liaison for stakeholder briefings, problem-solving sessions, and innovation meetings as needed.
* Support product roadmap development by reviewing and reporting on programme KPIs.
* Drive process improvements across the product lifecycle from concept to continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred fields: education, digital technology).
* Strong experience in online education, instructional design, and digital pedagogy.
* Proven success in designing blended and virtual learning experiences.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodology and user-centered design.
* Proven stakeholder management experience with senior partners.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Experience working with international and remote teams.
