We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Dunstable.Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7Contract Type: TemporaryLocation: LU5 4RZ
Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:
1. Pre-screening, assessing, interviewing & inducting candidates.
2. Managing the company social media platform
3. Liaison with the Clients management team
4. Assisting with basic payroll functions
5. Adhering to company audit standards
6. Dealing with Flexi Workers queries.
7. Database maintenance
8. Collation of MI.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have:
9. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
10. Confidence in delivering presentations to large groups of candidates.
11. PC literate with experience of Excel, Outlook, Word and Databases.
12. Excellent Time Management Skills, able to multi task and hit deadlines.
13. Works well within a team environment but also under own initiative.
14. Data input with a good attention to detail.
15. Good knowledge of social media platforms
16. Flexible in working hours to support business needs.
