Complex Care Assistant – Harlow
£17.10 Days | £19.10 Nights
Two Positions Available – 24 hours each per week (mostly days with occasional nights; must be flexible to cover both)
Shifts: Monday–Sunday
• 08:00 – 20:00 (Days)
• 20:00 – 08:00 (Nights)
Contract: Zero-hours
Driver required – you’ll need to drive the client safely for appointments and activities.
Dog in the home – you’ll need to be comfortable around pets (Labrador).

No worries if you haven’t done complex care before — full training and upskilling will be provided.

About You
✔ Basic care experience required (complex care desirable, training provided)
✔ Confident driving clients safely
✔ Willingness to learn new skills and upskill in complex care
✔ Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient
✔ Strong communicator and team player
✔ Flexible to work both day and night shifts
You will provide full support with mobility and repositioning, working confidently with specialist equipment including a ceiling track hoist and wheelchair.
