Home Instead West Bridgford is seeking a Community Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and companionship to patients in their homes within the in the community. This rewarding position offers the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families.
Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care, if necessary
2. Assisting with errands - taking Doris to the shops etc
3. Support patients with Medication - full training is provided
4. Meal preparation
5. Create a warm and friendly environment for patients, offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
6. Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
7. Monitor and report any changes in patient's health or behaviour to the care team
