Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Account Manager, based in Basingstoke. The Internal Account Manager will focus on managing and building relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of products and services. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams to deliver high-quality solutions, supporting clients in achieving their business goals, upselling additional services or products, maintaining accurate records of client communications, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions for client concerns.

Qualifications

* Strong account management and client relationship skills with the ability to provide excellent customer support and build long-lasting professional relationships.

* Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

* Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools, including video conferencing solutions and UC technologies, with an understanding of the market's technology landscape.

* Effective organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and attention to detail when managing client accounts.

* Self-driven and proactive mindset, with a team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

* Working knowledge of Unified Communications or collaboration technologies is an advantage.

* Experience in sales, account management, or customer support, ideally within the technology or distribution sectors
