Our client is a leading non-food supply specialist in everyday personal and home accessories to the retail market, with over 8,000 customers in the UK and Ireland. Established in 1994, they source products globally directly from factories as well as being a distribution partner for leading brands such as FIFO, Edge, BIC, Bob Martin, Favour, Pretty Legs, Little Tree, Murphy & Barrett candles, and Object.
They are an innovative business that has already met the regulations for the Sustainability Packaging act which comes into play in 2025. A closely-knit team, with a team-oriented culture that doesn't get micromanaged.
The Role
* We are looking to recruit an area manager in the Wales area who will service retail stores and build strong relationships with customers.
* The successful candidate will report to their regional manager and assume responsibility for maximising sales in their own area.
* Full training will be provided with ongoing in house products. Maintaining existing relationships along with creating strong new ones.
* Assisting with the merchandising of products.
* KPI's to achieve including sales, daily calls( 10 a day), and debt management.
