Job Description
The Talent Coordinator will:
* Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
* Partner with the Talent team to support the roll out of programs and initiatives.
* Work closely with senior leadership on talent mapping, succession planning and skills assessments, including investigation work and presentation back to the business
* Maintain and update reports and dashboards using various data sources- this role will be one of the "data superusers" in the HR team, so advanced analytical skills are required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Coordinator needs to have:
* Experience working in an HR or Talent team, ideally within a multinational remit
* Advanced excel skills
* An ability to use data to tell a story
* Confident in working with and presenting to Senior leadership teams
What's on Offer
