Qualifications
Essential criteria
* CCAB Qualified Accountant, with evidenced on-going Continuing Professional Development, or AAT qualified with very significant relevant Financial Management experience
* ECDL or equivalent IT Skills.
Desirable criteria
* MBA or similar
Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Understanding of the NHS, its infrastructure and partner organisations.
* Understanding of the wider NHS Management and Modernisation Agenda.
* Understanding of the NHS and Foundation Trust Financial Regime.
Training and Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary, complex environment.
* Experience in leading change management regimes in a complex environment.
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in the acute sector
* NHS General Management experience
