Get to Know This RoleThe Brewery Support Supervisor leads the team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the brewery and restaurants to the highest standard of quality. Reporting to the Brewery Support Manager, the Brewery Support Supervisor coordinates facility wide housekeeping and sanitation duties to ensure the facility is orderly and hygienic. This is a position that will be assigned to all areas of the brewery.

1. Lead and perform small to large cleaning tasks
2. Effectively manage Master Sanitation Schedule and implement changes or updates as needed
3. Perform coaching, training, and leadership communications in a one-on-one setting
4. Perform behavior-based safety and LOTOTO observations
5. Lead shift meetings, participate in new hire interviews, and participate in other administrative leadership group activities
6. Audit and maintain inventory levels of cleaning equipment and supplies
7. Maintains and audits team timekeeping records
8. Develops, implements, and maintains standard work for the department, i.e.: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
9. Completes minor maintenance of cleaning equipment

10. Bachelor's Degree preferred
11. 3 years janitorial, sanitation, manufacturing or other related fields required
12. 1 year Supervisory experience required
13. Strong critical thinking skills
14. Organized & capable of developing systems and routines
15. Ability to get work done through others while working autonomously on other projects
16. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
17. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
18. Excellent time management and organizational skills
19. Ability to help diagnose, decide on, and solve problems
20. Capable of leading through ambiguity

22. Strong attention to detail
23. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

26. Bloodborne Pathagon (BBP) within 30 Days required
27. Forklift Certification within 60 Days required
28. Boom Lift Certification within 90 Days required
29. Lock Out Tag Out Certification within 90 Days required
30. Scissor Lift Certification within 90 Days required
