Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all areas of HR Generalist within a robust and growing European organization. Key focuses will be managing the global payroll alongside a 3rd party provider, whilst being the go-to person for any ER or recruitment hires across various regions and working tactically to ensure the business continues to thrive and operate whilst going through growth. This 12-month fixed term contract will require someone with extensive working knowledge of the varying compliance across a number of different payroll entities to include but not limited to France, Germany & Spain. You will also oversee all recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with the company's SLT in order to help them with their human resource needs.
