What the Job Involves As a Social Work Assistant in the Adult Services Review Team, you will arrange and monitor services in accordance with individual care plans. Your role involves providing advice and practical assistance, liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies, conducting annual care plan reviews, and participating in team meetings and duty rotas. You will operate in line with Council policies, actively support equality of opportunity, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Though based at County Hall, flexibility to work from various locations is essential.
