Salary: Starting at £38,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a hands-on professional with experience in maintaining and repairing production machinery, including metal pressing equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:
1. Machinery & Equipment Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical faults, and ensure efficient production operations.
2. Metal Pressing Machinery – Maintain and repair die-sets and pressing machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
3. Electrical Maintenance – Carry out basic electrical repairs, diagnose faults, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Preventative Maintenance – Conduct inspections and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
5. Tooling & Adjustments – Monitor machine settings and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
The Ideal Maintenance Engineer:
* Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong knowledge of metal pressing machinery, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
* Basic electrical training and the ability to perform essential electrical repairs.
