What you'll do You’ll help construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground power lines while learning to work safely at heights, use specialist tools, and follow strict safety standards. You’ll also support fault‑finding, inspections, and essential network maintenance, all while working towards a Level 3 Power Industry Distribution Cable Jointer Apprenticeship that blends hands‑on experience with classroom learning. What we're looking for For our Level 3/SCQF 6-7 Apprenticeship, you’ll need 5 GCSEs/Nat 5 or equivalent at passing grades. This programme offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, with a focus on more technical or specialized roles to help you build expertise. You will be enrolled on the Level 3/SCQF 6/7 Power Industry Distribution Cable Jointer Apprenticeship. A structured programme lasting approximately 30 months.
