Finance Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)
Lindale Homes is a Midlands-based leading provider of a variety of services, primarily for the health and social care sector. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Administrator to join our finance team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This will be based at our Head Office in Acocks Green.
o This is a temporary fixed term position to start November 2025
o 20 hours per week, days negotiable
o Location – Acocks Green
o Salary £24,000 per annum (pro rata)
Overall duties include:
Ø Collecting receipts and checking cash balances across all sites
Ø Collecting / collating receipts for credit card statements
Ø Inputting petty cash onto account system and balancing back to each site
Ø Scanning / filing all purchase invoices
Ø Sending out monthly statements
Ø Answering telephones
Ø Supporting finance team with any ad hoc duties
