Regular reporting of supplier constraints and potential risks to business
Provide what-if scenario planning to supply chain, operational and commercial teams
Own and maintain supplier master data to ensure EFI & print flow systems accurately reflect factory capability
Participate in daily production meeting & provide feedback on material risk
Track supplier deliveries and performance
Inventory Management
Mitigation of excess and obsolete risk through pro-active stock management
Manage and administer key supplier KPIs for both supplier deliveries and supplier quality
Communication of short, medium and long term operational plans to supply chain, packaging and supply.
Manage medium & long term supply constraints and opportunities
Support site planning & supply chain teams to ensure planning processes are robust and efficient
Act as a catalyst for problem solving within the procurement team
Provide coaching & development to site teams to consistently improve performance & business processes
Work with the Procurement Manager to introduce standardised best practice Planning tools
Communicate regular information to wider commercial/operations/distribution and finance teams with regard to material constraints and supplier performance
Participate in weekly/monthly supply plan reviews & provide feedback on supplier performance
ensuring that all colleagues are briefed and clear in regards to their responsibilities as outlined in the Risk Management System Manual.
