Job Role: Sous Chef
Location: Bristol City Centre
Salary: £35,000 plus £2-3k tronc.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Sous Chef with a passion to deliver outstanding dishes using fresh produce.
Each day will be different and you will be encouraged to grow within the team, whilst being a motivating leader.
Responsibilities
9. Assisting the Head Chef with all daily operations of the kitchen.
10. Composing new menus and developing new dishes alongside the Head Chef, based on suppliers, seasonality and keeping up with new culinary trends
11. Supervising the kitchen staff, providing guidance with their prep and support as needed.
12. Ordering and inventory management.
13. Oversee the training and development of new employees.
14. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently maintained.
15. Assisting with administrative task, such as rota's, managing payroll, orders etc.
