OCU Group continues on a path of significant growth. Due to this, we now have two new roles open for experienced Commercial Manager's to join our team based out of Ruislip and Swindon. The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day utility contracting applications, providing key insight during all pre and post contract commercial activities to ensure OCU Services financial and contractual position is clearly understood and accurately reported at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. To take responsibility in conjunction with the operational management team for the effective management of the supply chain and direct resources within acceptable commercial and operational parameters for small to large high volume projects.
2. Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff.
3. Monitoring and reporting cash, revenue, and cost positions across all cost centres, forecasting on trends and facilitating management intervention where appropriate.
