* Adapt quickly to meet a wide range of learning styles and abilities
* Encourage independence, interaction, and emotional awareness
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals
* Build strong links with parents and carers to support consistent progress
* Create a classroom that feels predictable, safe, and encouraging Success in this role is about helping pupils feel understood, secure, and ready to engage with learning in their own way.

* Has experience with ASC or additional learning needs (or a strong interest in SEN)
* Is confident delivering adapted and highly personalised teaching
* Remains calm, flexible, and solution-focused
* Values small-step progress and individual achievements
* Enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Paid to scale (MPS) from day one, plus SEN allowance
* Opportunity to work in a specialist autism provision with tailored resources
* A supportive leadership team that understands SEN education
* Access to ongoing training and professional development
* A clear pathway to a permanent role
* A position where your work has a visible, meaningful impact every day This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All applicants will be required to:

* Complete an Enhanced DBS check

* Demonstrate a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities Ready to take on a role that truly makes a difference?
