Days and hours show when we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and you will receive 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We are flexible if your available times closely match the advertised windows.

Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 per hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but there are opportunities to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) if you prefer.

Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by:
* Ensure the van and trays are clean and kept tidy/organised.
* Leave the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and pick up litter as needed.
* Ensure trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
* Load the van as required, and check the van for roadworthiness.
* Talk to the customer about any changes to their order, including substitutions, offering a refund for anything they are unhappy with.
* Take care of products/deliveries as if they were your own.
* Explain to the customer that substitutions will not incur additional charges.
* Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
* Call the customer before arriving if you are early.
* Call the store/centre if you are running 30 minutes or more late.
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit and ensure the store is the best it can be for customers.
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand the customer and say "Thank you."
* Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
* Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, balancing home and work.
* Share ideas with your Manager and colleagues on how to improve the store for customers.
* A valid UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
